Senior Content Writer - website copy (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
