Nova Haven Insurance is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
