We are growing our team at Summit Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
