Clearpath Keystone Telecom is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge.
