Senior Content Writer - website copy (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
