Senior Content Writer - website copy (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Rochester serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
