Bright Harbor Energy is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes.
