Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Northwind Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
