Bright Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
