Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Westbrook Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Charleston serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 501 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
