Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on website copy for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
