Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
