Stonegate Ashton Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. We invest in training. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
