Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 362 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
