Northwind Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Chicago, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
