Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
