Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Maple Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
