Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Summit Ember Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Austin plant, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
