Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Milwaukee design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
