Senior Content Writer - website copy (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
