Redstone Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Phoenix serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
