Senior Content Writer - website copy (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
