Senior Content Writer - website copy (Orlando, FL)

Bright Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
