Bright Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
