We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Insurance Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
