We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
