Highbridge Fox Press produces print and digital publications in New Orleans, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
