Harborlight Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
