We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
