Rivermark Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets.
