We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
