Senior Content Writer - website copy (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Meadow Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge.
