Clearpath Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Grand Rapids serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
