Cedar Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Des Moines with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
