Senior Content Writer - website copy (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Summit Insurance Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
