We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
