Senior Content Writer - website copy (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Learning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
