Amberfield Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
