We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
