We are growing our team at Bluepeak Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge.
