Rivermark Fern Energy is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work.
