Bright Cross Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
