Bright Clear Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections.
