Foxglove Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boston, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
