We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge.
