Senior Content Writer - website copy (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Mill Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
