Stonegate Amber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
