Senior Content Writer - website copy (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Press Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
