Senior Content Writer - website copy (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Austin and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Austin. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
