Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Virginia Beach with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
